Outdoor Sales Representative – Power & Cooling Solutions

About the role

DC technologies is looking for a driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote its Power and Cooling products and services across the United Arab Emirates. You will work directly in the field, identifying new business opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within the assigned territory through cold calls, site visits, and presentations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, follow up consistently, and close sales deals.
• Provide expert guidance on UPS systems, generators, air‑conditioning units, HVAC systems, and related services.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and sector demands to inform sales strategy.
• Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM and deliver regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience, ideally in power, cooling, HVAC or energy‑solution markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
