About the role
The Outlet Cashier ensures accurate billing and payment transactions, provides professional guest service, maintains cash handling procedures, and supports smooth daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets in line with Rixos standards.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process billing and payment transactions.
- Deliver professional guest service at the outlet.
- Maintain cash handling procedures and cash register integrity.
- Support smooth daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Cashier, Outlet Cashier or Food & Beverage Cashier in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience in an international hotel chain is preferred.
