Outlet Manager – Al Ain Rotana Hotel

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead one of our Food & Beverage outlets at Al Ain Rotana Hotel. You will be responsible for delivering top‑quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance, drive internal development and promotions.
• Set up the outlet promptly according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcome and seat guests with the assistance of the hostess.
• Maintain professional, friendly relationships with patrons and update the regular‑guest database.
• Tour the outlet and related areas to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Participate actively in promotional activities for the outlet.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role.
• Computer literate with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong presentation abilities.
