About the role
The Restaurant Waitress/Hostess will serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service in line with Kempinski’s standards and values.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to all hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
- Manage the service team by delegating tasks and maintaining high product and service quality.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, monitor supplies, reduce waste and ensure a clean, organized work area.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback promptly, and maintain accurate reservation and guest history records.
Required profile
- Experience in an F&B service role.
- Hospitality Management or related field.
- Excellent oral and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and under pressure.
Required skills
- Operation of the existing POS system.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
