Outlet Manager – Italian Restaurant

About the role

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead its signature Italian restaurant. The role combines operational leadership, guest experience excellence, and financial stewardship within a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and ensure service standards align with Hyatt brand expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and cost control.
• Develop and coach a multicultural team to deliver authentic Italian dining experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years progressive F&B experience, with 3‑5 years in a senior restaurant leadership role.
• Proven track record managing authentic Italian restaurants in luxury hotels or upscale venues.
• Fluent Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
