About the role
The Outlets Manager will lead the All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge/Bar at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Work within budgeted guidelines for food costs and payroll.
- Drive sales to achieve revenue targets and develop menus with the F&B team.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and set departmental targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and fire regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5‑star hotel.
- Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Focus on training and staff development.
- Experience with outlet openings and a variety of outlet types.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and application.
