Outsystems Developer Lead

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an Outsystems Lead/Senior Developer in Dubai to lead its Outsystems projects and support its development teams. The role involves mentoring junior developers, working closely with business stakeholders and ensuring client success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the software development lifecycle runs smoothly, from design to deployment.
• Take part in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up to date with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• Outsystems certification(s) are highly regarded.
