About the role
We are seeking a Paid Performance Digital Marketing Manager to own the commercial results of our paid digital acquisition. The role is accountable for monthly sales, revenue and conversion performance generated through paid channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily and monthly paid‑generated leads, qualified opportunities, closed sales, revenue and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the Organic SEO Manager to review consolidated leads, opportunities and sales while maintaining channel‑level accountability.
- Jointly plan the annual media budget with the Marketing Manager, forecasting platform‑wise spend, performance and revenue contribution.
Required profile
- Based in Dubai, UAE and able to join within 30 days.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable sales outcomes from paid campaigns, supported by campaign performance reports and CRM data.
Required skills
- AI‑driven marketing, custom GPTs, marketing automation.
- Performance analytics and optimization.
- Paid digital acquisition expertise.
