Paid Search Lead – App Campaigns

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a Paid Search Lead to drive its mobile app user‑acquisition programmes across Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads. The role can be performed remotely or from the Dubai office and will work closely with the Programmatic & Social Media Manager and the broader performance‑marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise app acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage full‑funnel performance on iOS and Android, from install through registration, funded account and first trade.
• Continuously refine bidding strategies (tCPI, tCPA, tROAS), keyword and audience targeting, creative asset groups and store listings.
• Leverage automation and AI‑driven campaign types such as Smart Bidding, Performance Max and UAC bidding models to scale efficiently.
• Monitor pacing, budgets and spend allocation across platforms and geographies to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaign creative, tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and app‑install campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive optimisation decisions.
• Experience working in a fintech or financial‑services environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
