Palace Host – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Palace Host is the primary point of contact for in‑house guests at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, delivering personalized, high‑end service that reflects Anantara’s luxury standards. You will ensure seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences while upholding guest privacy and security.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures according to the Palace Host Services SOP manual.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest history files and anticipate individual preferences.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Activities, and Spa teams to fulfil guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Promote and upsell rooms and additional hotel services.
• Operate hotel buggies safely, passing the required buggy driving test.
• Ensure the palace host pantry is stocked and operational at all times.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Duty Manager and take corrective actions to improve safety.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to hospitality, generosity, and warm guest interaction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying guest needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards.

Required skills

• Buggy driving – certified by passing the hotel buggy driving test.
