Part-Time Beauty Consultant (Sephora) - Emiratisation

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant for Sephora (Laura Mercier) at City Walk in Dubai. The role is open to Emiratisation candidates and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards of grooming.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets
• Keep counters clean, replenish stock, handle new launches, promote products and meet merchandising levels according to brand guidelines
• Build guest experience standards to build strong loyalty
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services, and advise on the best product ranges
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products, and generate sales
• Track sell-out targets at store level, report daily sales and track post-launch sales
• Take part in achieving incentives and achieve line and sales targets
• Replenish stock on the right shelves and counters, report shortages via the stock order form and receive stock according to procedure

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to maintain high standards of grooming
