Partner – Corporate & Commercial Legal Role (Remote, UAE)

About the role

This senior partnership opportunity is with a fast‑growing international law firm expanding across the Middle East. The role is designed for experienced corporate and commercial lawyers who wish to retain entrepreneurial control while leveraging a strong UK brand and modern infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high‑value client portfolio across corporate, commercial and related practice areas.
• Lead cross‑border advisory work, including structuring, finance, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with partners and lawyers in the UK, UAE and the wider network to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and brand development.
• Utilise the firm’s cloud‑based platforms and technology infrastructure to deliver efficient services.

Required profile

• Established reputation as a partner, legal director, consultant, independent lawyer or boutique firm owner.
• Strong client base and referral network in corporate/commercial law.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to maintain autonomy over client relationships.
• Experience working with international, multi‑jurisdictional teams.
