Partnership Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Partnership Manager in Sheikh Zayed. The role acquires new partners, clients and operators for company projects and builds strategic partnerships with fintech firms, financial institutions and technology providers. It reports to the Chief BD Officer and works full time.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new partners, clients and operators to meet company targets.
• Develop and deploy strategic partnerships with fintech firms, financial institutions and technology providers.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through effective communication and aligned goals.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to find new partnership opportunities.
• Work with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support on joint initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance using metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.
• Represent the company at fintech events and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Partnership Manager or in a similar role, preferably in fintech.
• Proven track record of growing strategic partnerships in financial services, fintech or technology.
• Strong understanding of fintech products, services and the regulatory environment.
• Experience negotiating and managing large, complex partnerships.
