Parts Purchaser – Luxury Vehicle Parts

About the role

The Parts Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing genuine and high‑quality aftermarket parts for European and American luxury vehicles. The role ensures the workshop receives the correct components at competitive prices, with fast delivery and reliable supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source OEM, genuine and approved aftermarket parts for luxury vehicle brands.
• Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, discounts and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor order status and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers; evaluate performance on price, quality and reliability.
• Develop alternative supplier networks to reduce dependency on a single vendor.
• Resolve supplier disputes related to pricing, shortages, incorrect parts or warranty claims.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Managers to identify correct parts using VIN numbers, EPC systems and manufacturer catalogs.
• Verify part compatibility before purchase and coordinate superseded or alternative part numbers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in UAE car workshops dealing with European and American luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of luxury vehicle parts and supplier markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Immediate availability.
