Parts & Service Sales Representative – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) is responsible for covering, developing and retaining a specific group of fleet customers within an assigned sales territory. The role aims to maximize customer satisfaction while driving sales of spare parts and service for commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Handle parts and service sales to fleet customers and take ownership of issues through closure.
• Visit customer job sites or maintenance facilities to identify parts and service needs and record information in the CRM system.
• Generate orders, upload them on OEM portals, and track shipments to ensure parts availability.
• Analyze stock reports, create article master data, and take corrective actions to improve parts availability.
• Raise invoices, obtain credit authorisation, and ensure documentation complies with principal requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma (Bachelor degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience selling spare parts in the UAE.
• Specific experience with commercial vehicle spare parts is mandatory.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of bus and truck parts.
• Proficiency in operating electronic and manual parts catalogues.
