Part‑Time Assistant Professor – School of Management

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is seeking a part‑time Assistant Professor to join the School of Management for the Fall Semester 2026‑2027, starting 31 August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching across a range of management and business subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, seminars, case discussions and applied learning activities for undergraduate (and where applicable graduate) courses.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments and learning resources aligned with approved syllabi and learning outcomes.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and support their academic progress.
• Maintain course delivery standards in accordance with university policies.

Required profile

• PhD from an accredited university in management, business, finance, accounting, economics, marketing, human resources, leadership or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching undergraduate (and optionally graduate) courses in higher education.
• Strong communication skills in English and a commitment to student‑centred, inclusive learning.
• Previous teaching experience in a UAE or international higher‑education institution is preferred.
