Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.

• Execute complex pastry recipes, maintain station quality, and perform inventory checks.
• Inspect and finalize plates to meet presentation and quality expectations.
• Keep workstations stocked, sanitary, and compliant with food‑handling safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
