Payroll Specialist – End-to-End Payroll & EOS Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join PureHealth Research’s payroll team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can manage end‑to‑end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and reconciliations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Calculate and process End of Service (EOS) benefits and settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Handle off‑cycle payroll payments, adjustments and corrections.
• Perform payroll, bank and pension reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month‑end and year‑end payroll activities, audits and reporting.
• Prepare and analyse payroll reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external stakeholders to resolve payroll‑related queries.
• Manage multiple payroll priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce or a related field.
• Solid experience in payroll processing, EOS calculations and off‑cycle payments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll/HR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
