Payroll Specialist

About the role

Join Aldar Retail Management as a Payroll Specialist and take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll processes across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for all entities, including reimbursements, ad‑hoc payments and final settlements.
• Maintain and verify employee leave records, ensuring correct payroll reflection.
• Conduct monthly costing, allocate payroll expenses, and reconcile payroll‑related accounts.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations.
• Monitor changes in labour legislation, tax and regulations and implement necessary updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of payroll administration or HR operations experience in a multi‑entity environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and payroll compliance.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS Oracle and other payroll systems.
• Expertise in UAE labour law and payroll compliance requirements.
• Advanced analytical and reporting abilities for payroll data.
