About the role
The PCB Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining printed circuit boards. The role ensures that all assembled PCBs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Operate SMD/PCB assembly equipment such as stencil printers, pick‑and‑place machines, reflow ovens, SPI and selective soldering stations.
- Perform soldering, rework, conformal coating and IPC Class III soldering on both SMT and through‑hole components.
- Conduct PCB testing, component‑level repair and preventive maintenance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in PCB assembly / SMD production.
- Strong knowledge of IPC/J‑STD standards, electronic components and schematics.
- Good attention to detail and basic MS Office proficiency.
