Pediatric Cardiologist Consultant – Dubai (Tax‑Free)

About the role

A leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Dubai is expanding its pediatric cardiac services and seeks an experienced Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiologist. The position offers tax‑free income, state‑of‑the‑art facilities and exposure to a diverse international patient base, including neonatal and complex congenital cases.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired heart diseases in infants, children and adolescents.
• Perform and interpret echocardiography, ECG, cardiac MRI and stress testing.
• Conduct pediatric cardiac catheterisation, balloon angioplasty and other interventional procedures.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac evaluation in collaboration with cardiac surgeons.
• Manage neonatal and critical paediatric cardiac cases, including ICU involvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents and medical students.

Required profile

• Board‑certified paediatric cardiology qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCPCH, European Board, Royal College, Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, DM/MD/DNB).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialist experience in paediatric cardiology, including interventional work.
• Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) licence conversion (support provided).
