People & Culture Executive

About the role
The People & Culture Executive will support the efficient delivery of HR services to all team members at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. This role is central to administering the People & Culture foundation, driving recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer recruitment activities and manage the hiring process.
- Oversee performance management cycles and compensation & benefits administration.
- Coordinate team member development programs and employee communications, including monthly celebrations.
- Support CSR initiatives and prepare related reports.
- Handle ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Results‑driven with solid people management and development abilities.
