People & Culture Manager (PR & Communications)

About the role

The People & Culture Manager leads the organization’s people strategy across the entire employee lifecycle. Partnering with senior leadership, this role shapes a positive, inclusive culture while driving talent acquisition, development, engagement, and well‑being initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, promote, and evolve core company values; act as a culture ambassador in leadership discussions.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and employee experience programs.
• Lead recruitment, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions; develop coaching, mentoring, and leadership development pathways.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through transparent communications and targeted programs.
• Promote psychological safety, mental‑health resources, and work‑life balance initiatives.
• Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and one‑on‑one sessions; monitor culture, engagement, and retention KPIs.
• Prepare monthly reports on morale, recruitment, turnover, and workforce insights; provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior leadership and ability to influence culture‑building decisions.
