People (HR) Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People (HR) Manager to lead the People and Administration function across the UAE. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and ensuring HR operations align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, orientation and off‑boarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records in line with data‑protection standards.
• Apply HR policies consistently and manage internal governance frameworks.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture aligned with company values.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, monitor legislative changes and support internal audits.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design training and career‑development programmes.
• Assist with performance‑management systems, performance reviews and objective setting.
• Provide strategic HR advice on organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Analyse HR metrics to deliver insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR manager or senior HR professional.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for employee‑relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to work closely with senior leadership and influence HR strategy.
