Performance & Learning Manager – Technology Recruitment

About the role

SmartChoice International is launching a new Technology Recruitment Academy and seeks an experienced recruitment leader to build and lead it. This role focuses on developing junior recruiters into high‑performing technology recruiters across AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Software Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver the recruitment academy curriculum and training.
• Coach and develop a cohort of five junior recruiters.
• Set and manage performance KPIs to drive a revenue target of AED 600k+ in the first six months.
• Establish a high‑performance recruitment culture and scalable model for future cohorts.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a strong technology focus.
• Proven billing and commercial track record.
• Experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven mindset with passion for AI and modern recruitment technology.
