Perfumer (Arabic Speaking) – Sharjah

About the role

Dr scent is seeking a passionate Perfumer with a highly developed olfactory sense to join its head office in Sharjah. The role combines creative fragrance formulation with technical oversight of lab operations and R&D innovation, supporting the company’s expanding global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine innovative fragrance formulations from concept to final specifications.
• Oversee laboratory operations, raw material quality control, and multi‑site inventory management.
• Research and implement emerging scent technologies such as Encapsulation and ActiMoods.
• Collaborate directly with key suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects.
• Lead new product launches and deliver technical training to sales teams and international agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Perfumer with laboratory and operations experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
