About the role
We are seeking a Persian OPI/VRI Interpreter to join our remote team. The interpreter will deliver high‑quality over‑the‑phone and video remote interpreting services, bridging communication between Persian‑speaking and English‑speaking clients.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret scheduled and on‑demand calls, preserving meaning, tone and style.
- Follow client‑specific protocols and document sessions when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Continuously improve service delivery based on feedback.
Required profile
- Fluent in Persian and English with excellent listening and speaking skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to communicate neutrally.
- Comfortable working in a full‑time remote environment and managing back‑to‑back calls.
- Commitment to confidentiality, interpreter ethics and client guidelines.
