Personal Assistant for Senior Executives

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support our senior executives at Decentralized Masters, a leading DeFi education company. The role focuses on handling personal errands, gifting, reservations, travel logistics and mailbox monitoring, allowing senior leaders to concentrate on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal errands for executives, including sourcing items, placing orders, coordinating deliveries and follow‑up.
• Organise gifting and special occasions by ordering gifts, flowers and personalised items, and tracking birthdays and milestones.
• Arrange restaurant bookings and personal event reservations as directed.
• Book and manage travel logistics – flights, hotels, transportation – and handle itinerary changes and check‑ins.
• Monitor the executive support inbox, triage personal requests and flag items requiring executive attention.
• Conduct research on venues, products, services and local recommendations to fulfill personal requests.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with discretion.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs without prompting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using online ordering platforms and travel booking tools.
• Experience with email management and inbox triage.
