Personal Trainer - Sharjah

About the role

Wellfit, a fitness centre in Sharjah, is looking for a Personal Trainer. The trainer delivers safe, effective and engaging training sessions, supports members in reaching their fitness goals, contributes to a positive club atmosphere, drives personal training sales and upholds high service and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, high-quality training programmes tailored to each member's goals.
• Engage members on the gym floor and give professional guidance and support.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and results.
• Uphold club policies and keep the training area clean and safe.
• Complete session tracking, client communication and other required admin tasks.
• Take part in team meetings, trainings and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of personal training experience; experience in a premium fitness environment is preferred.
• REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of exercise science, programme design and fitness assessments.
