Pilates Instructor – Wellness Centre, Abu Dhabi

About the role

A wellness centre in Abu Dhabi is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to deliver safe, effective and engaging Pilates sessions tailored to each client's fitness level, goals and wellness needs. The post reports to the Wellness Centre Manager and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions, adapted to clients' fitness levels, goals and physical abilities
• Deliver Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates sessions, depending on qualifications and centre requirements
• Assess clients' fitness, posture, flexibility, mobility and core strength before designing programmes
• Develop personalised plans to improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and body awareness
• Demonstrate correct technique, breathing, posture and alignment; ensure sessions meet fitness and wellness standards
• Monitor progress, adjust programmes and give modifications for different fitness levels and limitations
• Maintain Pilates equipment, keep it clean and follow health and safety procedures
• Build client relationships, collaborate with other wellness professionals, keep client records and promote classes

Required profile

• Recognised Pilates Instructor certification from an accredited provider
• Specialisation in Mat Pilates and/or Reformer Pilates as required by the centre
• Previous Pilates teaching experience in a wellness centre, fitness studio or gym preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• UAE professional approvals or permits where applicable
