Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

VITALMED is a growing pharmaceutical organization focused on building strong relationships with medical professionals and distributors to ensure safe, reliable access to its products. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales professional based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to promote its products to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies through regular in-person meetings, product presentations and follow-up visits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure product knowledge stays current and accurate
• Prepare sales plans and track performance against targets
• Update CRM or sales systems and provide market feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support launches and attend industry events as needed
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the region

Required profile

• Proven experience promoting prescription or OTC products to healthcare professionals
• Relevant bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of regional healthcare regulations and the UAE pharmaceutical market is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset
• Ability to work independently on-site, organize schedules and travel within the assigned territory
