Plastic Surgeon

About the role

The Plastic Surgeon will join Bella Roma Specialty Hospital in Dubai to deliver a full range of plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures, from initial consultation through post‑operative follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform elective and reconstructive plastic and cosmetic surgeries, including microsurgical techniques.
• Conduct pre‑operative evaluations and post‑operative follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient education on procedures, risks, and recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and participate in quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery with valid UAE medical licensure (or eligibility).
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care, safety, and ethical practice.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Experience in cosmetic surgery centers or specialty hospitals is highly beneficial.
