Physiotherapist

About the role

The Physiotherapist will work within NMCSH-Dubai, delivering evidence‑based physiotherapy services to patients recovering from surgery, accidents, injuries and strokes. You will be part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and review individualized treatment programs.
• Provide rehabilitation for joint, spinal, post‑surgical and neurological conditions.
• Document case notes, reports and patient statistics.
• Educate patients and carers on prevention and condition management.
• Participate in team meetings, education programs and quality management activities.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and coordinate supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, Joint Commission International norms and report adverse events.

Required profile

• Graduate from an approved college or university in Physiotherapy.
• Current license in country of origin and DHA license to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical medicine.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hospital team.
