About the role
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day‑to‑day basis. This ensures the team delivers plans that meet client objectives while balancing agency trading goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team members to achieve their individual personal growth targets.
- Oversee output from the team, providing quality control on all documents produced.
- Understand trading implications of planning decisions to meet both agency and client objectives.
- Ensure each team member fully understands and can deliver against client key performance indicators.
- Support the Account Director in filtering client and business priorities to the team.
- Manage upwards to resolve challenges quickly and timely.
