Planning Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking a Planning Manager to join a high‑profile infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within a centralized EPMO and is responsible for planning, controls, risk management and reporting across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within the EPMO to manage planning, controls and risk, enforcing governance at every project stage.
• Support reporting teams with unified methodologies and prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Integrate risk management from pre‑construction to delivery, identifying and escalating critical KPIs at risk.
• Manage Primavera EPPM setup, coordinate reporting and use Power BI for automated dashboards.
• Validate project data through documentation and stakeholder engagement, analysing performance indicators to guide decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and fluent in Arabic.
• Proven infrastructure experience with strong communication and training capabilities.
• Experience in system implementation, data integration and reporting automation.
