Plastic Surgeon

About the role

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to provide advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care, managing complex cases and delivering high-quality patient outcomes. The position is on-site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures based on clinical expertise
• Manage cases involving facial injuries, burns, congenital deformities and post-traumatic reconstruction
• Perform cosmetic procedures such as facial rejuvenation and body contouring where applicable
• Evaluate patients, discuss treatment options and develop individualized surgical plans
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide comprehensive post-operative care
• Monitor recovery and manage surgical complications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise junior medical staff
• Contribute to clinical quality improvement and maintain accurate medical records

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• MS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Significant post-specialization experience at consultant level
• Experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery
• Excellent surgical judgment, clinical leadership and patient communication skills
