PMC Lead Project Engineer (Early MP)

About the role

The PMC Lead Project Engineer will provide complete technical support on project management matters for the ADNOC Offshore project, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, schedule and cost objectives from contract award through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Management activities across all phases, from design to commissioning and handover.
• Develop EPC Scope of Work, support tendering, and prepare gate deliverables per ADNOC Value Assurance Process.
• Supervise the Integrated Project Management Team and report status, issues and risks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure HSE compliance, manage contractor performance, and oversee contract administration and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant oil and gas experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions on complex technical problems.
