PMO Manager – Lead DEPA's PMO across UAE & KSA

About the role
We are seeking a PMO Manager to lead DEPA's Project Management Office across live projects in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role ensures on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑quality delivery through strong governance, risk control, and comprehensive reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and enforce a PMO framework, including standards, workflows, templates, and reporting cadence.
- Own portfolio‑level planning, cost, schedule, and risk control across all live projects.
- Deliver executive dashboards and monthly performance reviews to the Managing Director and Board.
- Oversee governance, compliance, change control, and claims management.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Lead the rollout of PMO software and digital dashboards using Power BI.
- Mentor Project Managers and Directors across the UAE and KSA.
