Pool and Beach Attendant

About the role

As a Pool and Beach Attendant you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront facilities. You will ensure a welcoming, safe, and clean environment while delivering the high‑standard service expected by Accor’s luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Set up and maintain beach stations with sunbeds, umbrellas, and clean towels.
• Ensure cleanliness and regular maintenance of pool and beach areas.
• Report guest comments, complaints, and any suspicious or hazardous situations promptly.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
• Fold and pack umbrellas each evening and attend mandatory meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or resort.
• Confident English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
