About the role

The successful candidate will join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, delivering exceptional poolside service to discerning guests. This full‑time position focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment around the hotel’s swimming facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities.
• Maintain constant vigilance to ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel policies.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and respond efficiently to guest requests.
• Keep the pool area, furniture, and surrounding spaces immaculate and well‑presented.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve any pool‑related issues.
• Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pool attendant or similar hospitality role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
