About the role
The Pool Bar Supervisor ensures seamless service at the pool bar, leading a team to meet guest expectations while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, inspect grooming and attire, and address any deficiencies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
- Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Conduct inventories, manage stock, and requisition supplies as needed.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
Required skills
- Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and hygiene policies.
