Imagine leading one of Dubai's most exclusive beachfront experiences. We are seeking an experienced Pool & Beach Manager to oversee premium guest experiences in a vibrant luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily pool and beach operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Lead service teams to deliver top‑notch service.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the venue.
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special events.
- Maintain luxury standards expected by high‑end guests.
Required profile
- Proven experience within luxury beach clubs or resorts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Guest‑focused mindset.
