Portfolio Lead - Social Development & Healthcare

About the role

The Portfolio Lead – Social Development & Healthcare will be based in Dubai and will drive the strategy, growth and delivery of Halian's portfolio in the public sector. This senior position requires a deep understanding of both healthcare and social development, with a focus on leveraging AI to create innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social development and healthcare portfolio across the UAE.
• Own sales and revenue targets, securing major accounts within the Emirates public sector.
• Maintain and expand senior‑level relationships with government stakeholders in healthcare and social sectors.
• Integrate AI technologies into portfolio offerings to enhance service delivery.
• Lead consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of consulting experience in the healthcare and social development sectors.
• Emirati national (UAE citizen) with a proven track record in the GCC, preferably the Emirates.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology‑related fields, public health, social development or public policy.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales and revenue targets and manage major public‑sector accounts.
• Executive presence, strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
