PR & Influencer Manager – Middle East

About the role

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a PR & Influencer Manager to lead communications, influencer marketing, press monitoring and agency management across the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to create culturally resonant campaigns that drive both brand desirability and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer and event strategies for the GCC region.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and social conversations to inform campaign ideas.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, media personalities and industry stakeholders.
• Lead agency partners, set KPIs, monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Organise networking events, regular meetings and relationship‑building activities with creators and journalists.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to align communications with commercial objectives.
