PR Manager - Hospitality Group

About the role

The PR Manager will lead public relations initiatives for a diversified hospitality group and its multiple brands. You will shape media strategy, secure coverage, and enhance the group's reputation across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR activities for the Group and its brands, including press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, publications, and industry stakeholders to secure interviews, features, and brand exposure.
• Coordinate media interviews, press visits, events, launches, and photoshoots, and manage the Group's public image.
• Identify PR opportunities for new destinations, business launches, hospitality concepts, restaurants, and company milestones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, and senior management to ensure consistent brand communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of PR or communications experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and established media contacts.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
