PR & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The PR & Marketing Coordinator will act as a key liaison between Gucci and media, influencers, and regional celebrities across multiple markets. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will drive press and social coverage while representing the brand’s luxury image.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise photo/video shoots and native campaigns.
• Negotiate online and print visibility with regional media in six markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Africa).
• Manage sample requests for photoshoots, dressings and coordinate with local and international teams.
• Maintain media lists, conduct regular partner meetings and prepare press announcements.
• Develop and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs and regional celebrities, including scouting, seeding, and talent mapping.
• Organise press trips, handle logistics and secure HQ validation.
• Support translation, proofreading and cultural sensitivity checks for campaigns and press releases.
• Track sample movement via the Fashion GPS platform and manage gifts stock.
• Monitor media coverage, compile reports for global and regional HQ, and track competitor activity.
• Oversee PR expenses, contracts, payments and audit support.
