PR Specialist

About the role

Gensler Middle East is looking for a mid‑level PR Specialist to lead media relations, thought leadership, and executive communications across its three regional offices. You will work closely with senior leadership to turn design and real‑estate stories into compelling content and secure coverage in key outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategy and campaigns for Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh offices.
• Proactively secure media coverage and manage inbound press inquiries.
• Create thought‑leadership materials, brand publications, website content and award submissions.
• Craft executive communications and positioning for office and practice leaders.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to clients, aligning content with their goals.
• Monitor news cycles, advise on PR risk and represent the Middle East in the firm‑wide PR community.
• Collaborate with global PR staff on messaging, digital and social media initiatives.
• Track PR and engagement metrics to refine future strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of PR experience, preferably in architecture, design or commercial real‑estate.
• Established editorial relationships with design, business and innovation media in the Middle East.
• Strong writing, editing and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
