About the role
A law firm is looking for a Practice Manager to support its Dispute Resolution department across its Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. The role works closely with the Dispute Resolution partners and involves practice planning and operations, client development and directory submissions, knowledge management, associate development and utilisation, and pricing, budgeting and billing. It is based in Dubai with regular travel to Abu Dhabi.

Required profile
- Current or former Dispute Resolution or arbitration practitioner
- Extensive law firm experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Solid understanding of contentious work in the UAE onshore and offshore courts and in arbitration
- Commercial judgement, strong influencing skills and the ability to turn plans into delivered outcomes
