Pre-Sales Engineer IQSIGHT (Fixed-term)

About the role

Join Keenfinity as a Pre‑Sales Engineer for IQSIGHT, supporting the Pre‑Sales and Business Development teams in a dynamic, international environment. You will help identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and engage with customers across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support Pre‑Sales and Business Development in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research across target industries and customers.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and opportunity data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information for proposals.
• Analyze customer requirements and help match solutions to needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
