Premium Coordinator – Sports (Freelance)

About the role

The Premium Coordinator – Sports will lead the creation and delivery of premium hospitality experiences for sporting events at Coca‑Cola Arena. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on revenue growth, client relationship management, and seamless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client account management, premium experiences and sports partnership strategies.
• Drive revenue growth for premium hospitality zones, including suites, club seats, memberships and VIP packages.
• Coordinate sports division operations with internal departments to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Manage relationships with Dubai Basketball suite holders, annual seat holders, VIP guests and other stakeholders.
• Provide concierge‑level service, handling ticketing, welcome services, parking and pre/post‑event activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to the premium guest experience based on feedback.

Required profile
